New Modern Apprenticeship!
Howland Jones has always believed in investing in its colleagues and in their training. This year, we have taken the decision to recruit a Modern Apprentice - someone who will train in our industry whilst also receiving professional external training for an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
We were very fortunate to receive a lot of interest in this vacancy, and interviewed a number of eligible candidates. Richard Slater joins our team on 23rd November and will be working particularly closely with our Repairs Manager, Annette Frearson. Richard hopes to complete the 12 month qualification within his first 6 months with us, and would then intend to go on to achieve his NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. Beyond that, he may wish to commence the first part of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification.
Richard has achieved excellent grades through school and college, and is clearly ambitious. We welcome Richard on board and look forward to facilitating his progression within the business.
