Gold - Complete management
Our Gold service offers our landlords complete peace of mind as Howland Jones will deal with all aspects of their property management. Essentially, we deal with all rent collection, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, and all other issues including maintenance.
Our Gold service includes marketing the property via our offices, local newspapers and a number of top ranking websites, namely howlandjones.com, rightmove.co.uk, findaproperty.com, primelocation.com and homeandproperty.com

We will:
- Secure suitable referenced tenants, provide an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, create an inventory with evidential digital photographs, set up the standing order for rent from the tenant, email monthly rent statements, notify the utilities of the change of occupancy, inspect the property regularly and issue a report to you
- Make arrangements for the supply of an Energy Performance Certificate prior to marketing, Periodic Inspection Reports and Gas Safety Certificates, the cost of which will be deducted from the landlord’s rent
- Deal with all 24 hours repairs and issue a monthly statement of account to you
- Insure the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service - one of the government recognised schemes
- Carry out regular inspections and report to you
- Negotiate and perform the renewal of tenancies, rent reviews and of course, undertake all 24 hour repairs including Periodic Inspection Reports and Gas Safety Certificates.
