Introducer - Advertising & introduction only
Our Introducer service is tailor-made to suit multi-property landlords, with all-round experience and who have the expertise to provide their own tenancy agreement, inventory etc.
Landlords wishing to use this service are also generally well placed geographically to manage their own portfolio of properties.
Our Introducer service provides marketing of the property via our offices, local newspapers and a number of top ranking websites, namely howlandjones.com, rightmove.co.uk, findaproperty.com, primelocation.com and homeandproperty.com.
Howland Jones will screen each prospective tenant by telephone, then forward details to the landlord so that they may organise their own viewing.
Any landlord using our Introducer service is responsible for the following:
- Providing an Energy Performance Certificate prior to marketing
- Referencing their new tenants
- Producing their own Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Insuring the deposit with a government recognised scheme
- Providing their own inventory and evidential digital photographs
- Notifying all utilities of the change of occupancy
- Setting up the standing order for rent
- Rent collection
- Service of notice
- Exits
- All future inspections and tenancy renewals
- ... and of course, all 24 hour repairs including Periodic Inspection Reports and annual Gas Safety Certificates
